1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need, and the amount depends on how you interact with us.

Enquiry and quote forms — your name, business email, phone number, company name, optional company website, the package you selected, company size, areas of interest, and whatever you write in the requirements field.

Account data — if you use the platform, the email address and credentials used to sign in, and your assigned role and permissions.

Business data you enter — customer records, contacts, deals, quotations, invoices, tasks and related content you or your team create inside the platform.

Communications — messages you send us by WhatsApp or email, and, where you connect a business messaging account, conversations between your business and your customers.

Usage data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and referring page, collected through analytics.

Technical data — IP address and server logs generated when your browser requests pages, which our hosting provider records.

3. How we use data

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.

To create and operate your account, and to authenticate you.

To provide the platform's features — CRM, sales pipeline, quotations and invoices, tasks, workflow automation, analytics and communication.

To provide support and to investigate problems you report.

To understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve them.

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in the UAE.

4. AI features

The platform includes AI assistance — agents that draft replies, qualify leads, prepare quotations and invoices, run workflows and summarise your business data. Two things are important to understand:

AI features operate on data inside your own workspace, and inherit the same roles and permissions as your staff. An agent acting for a role that cannot see pricing cannot see pricing.

AI output is prepared for review. Documents, messages and workflows are created as drafts; a person on your team approves before anything is sent or finalised.

5. WhatsApp and Meta platform data

Where your business connects a WhatsApp Business account to the platform, we process the message content, sender and recipient phone numbers, and message metadata needed to deliver, display and reply to those conversations, and to attach them to the relevant customer record. This data is used only to provide the messaging feature to your business. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles unrelated to your customer relationships. If you contact us through a click-to-chat link on this website, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. Analytics cookies are set for this purpose. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are disabled, so no advertising cookies or identifiers are set by us and we do not run remarketing. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents to analytics. Essential cookies needed to keep you signed in are set when you use the platform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may stop parts of the platform working.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the service:

Supabase — database, authentication and realtime services for the platform.

Vercel — website and application hosting, and server logs.

Web3Forms — delivery of enquiry and quote form submissions to our team.

Google Analytics — website usage measurement.

Meta Platforms — where business messaging is connected, for message delivery.

8. Where data is stored

Our service providers operate infrastructure in multiple regions, so your data may be processed outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on the contractual protections offered by those providers. [CONFIRM: the specific hosting regions you wish to state.]

9. How long we keep data

Enquiry and quote submissions — kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Account and business data — kept for as long as your account is active.

After an account is closed — deleted or anonymised within a defined period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. [CONFIRM: the exact retention period you want stated.]

Server logs and analytics — retained for a limited period by our providers under their standard settings.

10. Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time by emailing sales@b2bcenter.site from the address associated with your account, or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +971 58 565 9343. Tell us what you want removed. We will confirm your identity, action the request, and confirm when it is done. We may keep the minimum records we are legally required to retain, and will tell you if that applies.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE law, you may ask us to:

Confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy.

Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.

Restrict or object to certain processing.

Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing already carried out.

12. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held with established infrastructure providers. Access inside the platform is controlled by roles and permissions, so staff see only what their role allows. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your personal data we will act on it and notify you where the law requires.

13. Children

The platform is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes or as the law requires. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
