The story started with a simple question — why do restaurant and business owners in the UAE have to use foreign software that wasn't designed for their market?
When we looked at the UAE market, we found business owners using imported software lacking proper UAE VAT support, real Arabic interfaces, and understanding of the local market — paying a premium for solutions that weren't built for them.
We decided to build the alternative. Not to modify an existing product, but to build from scratch — from the UAE, for the UAE.
We started with 1Que POS for the restaurant and cafe sector as it had the greatest need for a specialized solution, and we're now expanding the portfolio to cover finance, logistics, legal, and accounting sectors.
