By accessing or using any 1que product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including trial users and paid subscribers.
1que provides a suite of enterprise software products for UAE businesses, including 1Que POS, Tomato Queue, ShipX, Justimeet, and Zeox. Services are provided on a subscription basis and may include cloud-hosted software, mobile applications, and API integrations.
To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@1que.ae of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in UAE Dirhams (AED). You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by UAE law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. Tamara installment plans are subject to Tamara's own terms and conditions.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt service integrity, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems, or to violate any applicable UAE laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions.
Our software is designed to assist with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) VAT reporting requirements. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your VAT submissions. We do not provide tax advice. Consult a licensed UAE tax professional for specific guidance.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Data collected includes account information, usage data, and transaction records. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored on secure servers and protected by industry-standard encryption. You may request data deletion by contacting info@1que.ae.
All software, design, trademarks, and content provided by 1que remain the exclusive intellectual property of 1que. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your internal business operations during your subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, 1que shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
